Tatil Sus (Tatlı Süs) is a Turkish ornamental / sweet Capsicum annuum variety whose name translates to “sweet ornament.” It is primarily grown for visual appeal rather than heat, with pods that start green, mature to red, and measure around 7 cm in length. The flavour is sweet and mild, with negligible heat (0 to 500 SHU) 

Plants are expected to be upright and decorative, making them suitable for container growing or as part of ornamental displays. Because of its low heat, it’s ideal for pickling, fresh eating, or using where colour rather than spice is needed.
