Description
Chilli Name : FATALII PEACH
Chilli Species : Chinense
Chilli Origin : Africa (developed from Caribbean chinense types)
Chilli Heat : Very Hot–Superhot
Fatalii Peach is a rare colour variant of the classic African Fatalii chilli, part of the wider chinense family originally carried from the Caribbean to Africa centuries ago. The Peach strain stands out for its distinctive pale-orange pods and sharp, fruity heat.
Pods are elongated and slightly wrinkled, tapering to a fine point, ripening from green to a soft peach tone. Heat is very hot to superhot, often in the 300,000–800,000 SHU range, delivering the quick, intense burn typical of the Fatalii family. Flavour is bright and citrus-like, making it excellent for sauces and fresh salsas.
Plants are medium-sized (80–100 cm), bushy and highly productive, with strong yields through the growing season.
Seeds germinate best at 28–30 °C, sprouting within 10–21 days. Plants mature in around 100–110 days, cropping steadily through summer.
