Description
Chilli Name : MINI YELLOW BELL PEPPER
Chilli Species : Annuum
Chilli Origin : USA
Chilli Heat : Sweet (No Heat)
Mini Yellow Bell Pepper is a bright, cheerful sweet pepper bred for compact growth and outstanding flavour. It delivers all the sweetness and crunch of larger bell peppers but in a smaller, snack-sized form that’s perfect for containers, patios, and small gardens.
Pods are short and blocky, around 5–6 cm wide, ripening from pale green to golden yellow. The flesh is thick, juicy, and intensely sweet, with no heat — ideal for salads, stir-fries, grilling, or eating fresh straight off the plant. The colour brightens any dish and the flavour carries a gentle honey-like tone that sets it apart from red types.
Plants are compact and prolific (40–60 cm tall), producing clusters of pods throughout summer. They perform exceptionally well in pots and small spaces, thriving in warm, sunny conditions and rewarding growers with continuous harvests.
Seeds germinate best at 26–30 °C, sprouting within 10–21 days. Plants mature in around 80–90 days and continue fruiting into early autumn.
