Description
Chilli Name : HABANERO WHITE BULLET
Chilli Species : Chinense
Chilli Origin : Mexico
Chilli Heat : Superhot
Habanero White Bullet is a rare Mexican habanero strain, named for its small, bullet-shaped pods and intense heat. Despite its pale colour, this variety is one of the hottest in the habanero family — far stronger than most orange or red types — while keeping the distinctive fruity aroma of true chinense chillies.
Pods are small (2–3 cm), smooth and compact, ripening from pale green to creamy white. Heat is superhot, frequently surpassing 450,000 SHU, with a sharp, instant burn followed by a citrusy, slightly floral flavour. Its striking appearance and brutal heat make it a favourite among chilli collectors and sauce makers.
Plants are medium-sized (60–80 cm), bushy and prolific, covered in clusters of small pods through the season.
Seeds germinate best at 28–30 °C, sprouting in 10–21 days. Plants mature in about 100 days, performing well in both pots and protected outdoor positions.
