Thai Dragon is a well-known Capsicum annuum variety from Thailand, cultivated for its slender, pointed fruits and sharp heat. The pods grow upright and ripen from green to red, delivering a heat level typically around 50,000–100,000 SHU. Common in Thai cooking, it’s used in curries, stir-fries, and chilli pastes. Plants are compact, high-yielding, and perform well in hot, humid environments.
