Eureka is a baccatum variety valued for its bright, tangy flavour and reliable cropping. Like many baccatums, it carries the distinctive fruity notes that make it ideal for sauces and fresh use.
Pods are medium-sized, slim to slightly conical, ripening from green to a glowing red. Heat is medium, giving warmth without overpowering, balanced by a crisp citrus character.
Plants are upright and vigorous, often reaching 1 m or more, producing abundant pods across a long season. As with other baccatums, white flowers with yellow markings identify its species.
