Description

Chilli Name : NAGA WHITE
Chilli Species : Chinense
Chilli Origin : India
Chilli Heat : Superhot

Naga White is a rare pale-coloured mutation of the famous Indian Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich lines — a beautiful and brutal superhot that delivers full Naga fire in an elegant, ivory-white pod. It’s a collector’s chilli prized for its unusual colour, strong aroma, and fierce heat.

Pods are elongated and slightly wrinkled, around 5–7 cm long, ripening from light green to creamy white or soft ivory, sometimes with a slight yellow blush. The flavour is floral, lightly fruity, and slightly citrusy, followed by a slow-building, powerful burn easily exceeding 1,000,000 SHU. Its pale colour makes it popular for white hot sauces, powders, and chilli oils — visually distinctive while retaining the authentic Naga sting.

Plants are tall and vigorous (90–120 cm), with heavy yields through summer when grown under warm, humid conditions. Like all Chinense superhots, it thrives under protection in greenhouses or tunnels, where heat and humidity remain steady.

Seeds germinate best at 28–30 °C, sprouting in 10–21 days. Plants mature in around 110–120 days and crop heavily through late summer into early autumn.
