Species Annuum Origin USA Heat Sweet A hybridised bell pepper variety which produces beautiful, extra-large bell peppers which ripen to a rich mahogany colour that is just the colour of port wine (hence the name). While there are a number of chocolate-colored peppers on the market, Tawny Port is one of only a few with this reddish-brown color. The peppers are four-lobed, about 5 inches long and 4 inches wide with thick walls and a sweet, delicious taste. 75 days.
