Description
The Hungarian Almapaprika is very similar in shape to the Hungarian 'Klari Cheese' pepper, but is somewhat larger and is very hot to the taste. This great Hungarian pepper variety is also known as 'Hungarian Hot Apple Pepper'. These 2in peppers start out yellow but will turn orange to red as they mature (65 to 75 days). The peppers have a thick fleshed crunchy skin and have an intense flavour which makes them great for roasting or stuffing.
