Species: Chinense | Origin: Unknown | Heat: Extremely Hot Almost as hot as its notorious brother the Chocolate Habanero, this pepper is amongst the hottest in the world and is not for the faint hearted. This relatively large greeninsh white flowering 2 1/2ft plant produces high yields (up to 50) 2 ?" long by 2" wide wrinkled peppers. The peppers mature from light green to a deep golden-orange approximately 100 days after seedlings emerge. The pungency will depend on local conditions and a sunny position is recommended.
