The peppers arevery large measuring 5 to 6 in deep and wide, but grows on a compact, bushy plant. When this variety is fully ripened (approx 75 days), it turns bright red and is very sweet. The thick-walled, blocky fruit are absolutely perfect for making stuffed peppers.
