Species Anomalum Origin Japan Heat Unknown
This wild variety is no longer classified as a part of the Capsium genus having recently been reclassified as part of the species Tubocapsicum anomalum. The pods are berrylike, very small and round with an unusual circular Calyx. Believed to be found in Japan, southern China, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
